Qualifications and Requirements

To become an owner-operator with Load One, you must meet the following requirements.
  • Minimum age: 24.
  • CDL Class A: 1 year of experience; CDL Class B: 6 months; Chauffeur: 3 months.
  • Clean driving record with verifiable MVR and work history.
  • No preventable accidents within 2 years.
  • No alcohol or drug convictions.
  • Pass DOT physical and drug screen.
  • Reliable cellular communication.
  • Vehicles must pass DOT inspection twice a year.
  • For sprinter van applicants: minimum of 3 months of verifiable expedited experience with a positive work history.
  • Must be able to inspect and secure cargo safely
