Yes. Load One has both company equipment and owner operators. As well we own all of our trailers and our corporate headquarters in Taylor, Michigan.
What about insurance?
We carry 6 million of liability insurance, and $250 thousand of cargo insurance standard and $500 thousand on our Specialized Division. As well we have primary and contingent cargo coverage on our non-asset based service groups.
Can you haul high value cargo?
Yes. We carry $250,000 of standard cargo coverage/$500,000 Specialized Division coverage with higher coverage limits available.
Do you have online tracking or updates?
Both. Customers can book and track shipments via our online web tools. As well customers can be set up for automatic event notifications via email. We also offer our customers a state of art tracking app for real time push notifications and alerts.
Can you haul Hazardous materials?
Yes, Load One has HAZMAT authority.
Do you have EDI capabilities?
Yes, we are fully EDI capable and manage it in house vs using a third party.
