Company Driver: CDL A Tractor
- CDL Class A with 1 year of experience; minimum age 24
Company Driver: CDL B Straight Truck
- Class B with 6 months of experience; minimum age 24
Owner-Operator: Tractor
- CDL Class A with 1 year of experience; vehicle must pass DOT inspection
Owner-Operator: Straight Truck
- CDL Class B with 6 months of experience; vehicle must pass DOT inspection
Owner-Operator: Sprinter Van
- At least 3 months of verifiable experience with a positive work history

Sales, operations & office
Regional Account Manager
Build new business in a largely untapped territory, then manage and grow those accounts.
Field based outside sales, full time. Must reside in the IL/WI/IN territory.
About the role
Load One, a top three premium expedited carrier, needs a hunter to build new business in a largely untapped territory, then manage and grow those accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and close new shippers daily by phone and in person.
- Visit plants and logistics decision makers.
- Partner with operations and pricing on solutions.
- Keep HubSpot CRM current.
Requirements
- Must reside in and work the territory.
- 5+ years of outside sales in transportation or logistics.
- Proven record of closing new business from cold.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Expedited freight sales experience
- Shipper relationships in IL/WI/IN
- HubSpot and ZoomInfo
- Bachelor’s degree
Pay and benefits
Base plus uncapped commission (OTE 30%+ above base). Health, dental, vision, phone and car allowance, mileage reimbursement.
